Jessica Asleson has built her career around people, relationships, and creating meaningful experiences. With a background rooted in customer service and marketing, she has always been drawn to roles where she could connect with others, solve problems, and help bring ideas to life. Her journey into the custom integration industry began in 2010 when her love for music led her to Sonance. What started as a passion quickly turned into a career in an industry she immediately connected with — one built on relationships, innovation, and creating experiences that bring people together.

After several years in the industry, life took Jessica and her family across the country when her husband received a promotion for work. She embraced the opportunity to focus on building her family, welcoming three beautiful children along the way. While life became wonderfully chaotic, she loved every minute of it. Even during those years focused on motherhood, Jessica always knew she wanted to find her way back into the industry she loved.

That opportunity came when ByDesign’s very own Tommie Maldonado connected us with Jessica and we immediately recognized the experience, relationships, and energy she would bring to the team.

Today, Jessica plays a vital role at ByDesign Vision & Sound Marketing, helping lead operations, marketing, events, customer service, and dealer support. From coordinating large-scale industry events and trainings to supporting vendors, dealers, and the internal team, she thrives in the fast-paced environment and genuinely enjoys bringing people together.

Known for her positive attitude, strong work ethic, and people-first mindset, Jessica often jokes that she spends her days wrangling two teams,  her three kids at home and the ByDesign team at the office and honestly, she wouldn’t have it any other way.
